Overview

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution:
- Lead cross-departmental projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement scalable solutions.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the health of business operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards for the leadership team to support data-driven decision-making.
Core Operations & Process Optimization:
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring the "wheels keep turning" smoothly.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- The Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an operations or project management role.
- The Toolbox: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- The Analytical Mind: Ability to translate complex data sets into simple, executive-level summaries.
- The Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you can explain "the why" behind a process change to anyone.
- The Problem Solver: You don't just find problems; you come to the table with three potential solutions.
