Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads through effective digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, captions)
- Manage daily social media activities and respond to messages/comments
- Monitor trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
- Run paid ads and campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for content creation
- Maintain consistent brand voice and identity.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
