This position is the key interface between the business and plant manufacturing, leading and monitoring all operational aspects of the manufacturing sites, including compliance, production process, and adherence to the supply plan and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for production (OEE, production plan, level of service, etc.) and external warehouses/facilities (collection center)
Plan, organize and supervise manufacturing activities.
Monitor production performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency
Coordinate the maintenance by ensuring the critical equipment parts, machinery availability, performance and cost.
Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, quality and planning
Proactively looking for improvements/efficiencies
Factory management with clear focus on P&L impact
Develop an enterprise-wide operating strategy at the manufacturing site, including detailed workflows, transparent demand forecasts.
Lead all operational aspects of the manufacturing sites, including compliance, QA procedures, product formulas & specifications, production process, inventory, and adherence to the supply plan.
Identify and implement continuous improvement plans associated with manufacturing plant process and product quality consistency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, manufacturing, Industrial Management or related.
5 -10 years of experience as Factory Manager
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and training capability; able to engage all organizational levels.
