Spa Manager
Location: GRA, Ikeja - Lagos

Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Design Spa procedure manual and ensure strict adherence by alL Spa team members
- Provide Consultation services to clients
- Train all staff members on new products and treatmets
- Suggest Value-added services to management to maximize sales
- Demonstrate indepth knowlege of in-store retail products/brands
- Oversee the operation and maintainance of all Spa facilities and equipment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management or related fields
- At least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity
- Strong leadership & organizational skills.
