Product Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
- The product manager will work with a cross-functional team of software developers, designers, etc to build the Gate84 social platform.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the broader business goals and objectives.
- Conduct user research and interviews with different user groups to identify their motivations, friction points and incentives. Use these insights to build a successful product.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle, taking the platform from initial wireframes and conceptualization all the way through development to a successful, high-impact public launch.
- Develop, prioritize, maintain and execute the product roadmap and backlog. Ensure the team remains laser-focused on building the exact features necessary to achieve Product-Market Fit.
- Implement viral mechanics and sustainable growth loops into the core product experience from day one, ensuring the application can organically acquire and retain users.
- Define and track success metrics. Use A/B testing, user insights, and quantitative analysis to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure a smooth product development. Align with stakeholders and keep them informed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- Experience going through the full product life cycle. From ideation to post-launch.
- Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and execution skills.
- (Bonus) Possess knowledge of consumer marketing.
