Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the financial records and accounting operations of our company.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, compliance with financial regulations, and supporting management with financial insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial operations of the company including budgeting, financial planning, accounting, and cash flow management
- Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws
- Prepare financial reports on project performance and cash flow
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and account reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal audit to ensure compliance with financial procedures
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. ICAN, ACA, or ACCA certification is mandatory
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office & Accounting Software (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks, ERP systems)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, good time management, and high ethical standards
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
