Head of Operations
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Head of Operations to drive operational excellence within our financial services business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end loan and investment operations, including credit processing, monitoring, and compliance
- Manage and report on investment and loan portfolios (drawdowns, redemptions, performance)
- Ensure accuracy of operational records, KYC, and internal databases
- Supervise operations staff and coordinate cross-functional activities
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and process efficiency
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Requirements
- 8 - 15 years’ experience in Operations within the banking/financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of credit, loan management, and investment operations
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems
Preferred:
- Experience in fintech, microfinance, or investment institutions
