Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Officer to ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with food safety regulations.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining product consistency and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilties
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks and test results
- Work closely with production teams to improve product quality
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a quality control role (preferably in food & beverage)
- Good knowledge of food safety standards and quality assurance processes
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
