Customer Service Representative
Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Attend to customers via phone, email, social media, and walk-in inquiries.
- Respond promptly to customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Process orders, track deliveries, and follow up with customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
