Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Officerto join our healthcare team.
- The ideal candidate will provide high-quality clinical care, support patient management, and ensure compliance with medical best practices and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Conduct routine patient consultations and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records.
- Participate in medical rounds, case discussions, and clinical audits.
- Ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in emergency care and respond promptly to critical medical situations.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS/MBChB) from a recognized institution.
- Valid license to practice from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- 3 – 5 years clinical experience (post-NYSC experience).
- Strong clinical reasoning, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage medical emergencies.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems is an added advantage.
Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
