Procurement Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in developing and implementing procurement strategies that ensure cost savings, quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Support in end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiations, contracting and purchase order management.
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, quality standards and budgetary guidelines.
- Continuously evaluate vendors to ensure optimal performance, pricing and adherence to service-level agreements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing shifts and potential opportunities for savings.
- Implement cost-saving measures and supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reports for management decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM or equivalent) are a strong advantage.
- 3–5 years proven experience in procurement, supply chain or purchasing roles.
- Experience in an experiential, fabrication agency or similar is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical and vendor management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of procurement best practices, market research and sourcing techniques.
- High proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/tools.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability and attention to details.
