Solar Engineer / Installer

Position Overview
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Solar Engineer/Installer to join our technical tea
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems for residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal solar system design and placement.
- Install, wire, and commission solar panels, inverters, batteries, and charge controllers.
- Perform routine maintenance and fault diagnosis on existing solar installations.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and company quality guidelines.
- Prepare technical reports and provide customer training on system usage.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in solar installation and maintenance.
- Proven knowledge of off-grid, on-grid, and hybrid solar systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and physical fitness for installations.
- Residency in Abuja and a good knowledge of the local terrain.
