Job Description
- GWX Logistics Limited is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Commerce to lead revenue generation, drive business growth, and oversee commercial operations across the organization.
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving global sales performance, ensuring the achievement of targets across regions and business units through strong cross-functional collaboration.
- You will lead strategic partnerships, develop new business opportunities, and implement effective relationship management processes to support sustainable growth.
- You will oversee the invoicing and reconciliation processes in collaboration with the Accounts team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission in line with agreed SLAs.
- A key focus will be on optimizing pricing, driving profitability, and ensuring all commercial activities align with business objectives.
- Additionally, you will work closely with marketing and customer service teams to enhance brand visibility and customer experience, while ensuring all leads are effectively managed through to conversion.
- You will also drive the development of structured sales processes, team capability through training, and operational frameworks that support efficiency and performance.
- This role is ideal for a commercially astute leader with strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N500,000 Monthly.
