Job Title : Reservation and Ticketing Officer

Job Summary:
The Reservation & Ticketing Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end travel reservations and ticketing operations, ensuring accurate bookings, timely ticket issuance, and excellent customer service. The role supports flight reservations, hotel bookings, travel packages, and after-sales services while maintaining compliance with airline, supplier, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and cancellations using airline portals.
2. Process hotel bookings, airport transfers, and travel packages as requested by clients.
3. Prepare and issue accurate itineraries, invoices, and travel documentation.
4. Provide basic visa advisory support, including documentation checklists and application guidance.
5. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
6. Maintain accurate booking records, customer data, and transaction logs.
7. Liaise with airlines, consolidators, hotels, and other travel suppliers to resolve booking issues.
8. Ensure compliance with fare rules, ticketing deadlines, and company procedures.
9. Support sales efforts by upselling relevant travel products where applicable.
10. Escalate complex issues, complaints, or high-risk transactions to management promptly.
Requirements:
1. OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. 2–3 years’ experience in travel reservations and ticketing.
3. Working knowledge of visa processes and international travel requirements.
4. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
5. Demonstrated ability to work proactively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
