Job Title : Business Development Associate (Travels & Tours)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos State
Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring and managing clients, and promoting the company’s travel products and services. The role focuses on corporate and individual sales, partnerships, and relationship management to expand the company’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, pursue, and mobilize corporate travel deals, including corporate accounts, SMEs, NGOs, schools, and organizations.
2. Generate leads through direct marketing, referrals, networking, cold calls, and strategic partnerships.
3. Acquire, manage, and retain corporate and individual travel clients.
4. Develop and present tailored travel solutions and proposals to corporate clients.
5. Negotiate pricing, service terms, and agreements with corporate clients in line with company guidelines.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or corporate account management.
3. Proven experience in mobilizing and managing corporate accounts.
4. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
5. Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
6. Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
7. Basic understanding of travel products and corporate travel services is an advantage.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (where applicable).
