UI/UX Product Designer
Location: Lagos

The Role
- As our UI/UX Product Designer, you won't just be making things look "pretty."
- You will own the end-to-end design process—from conducting deep user research and defining wireframes to delivering high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
- You will work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure our product is intuitive, accessible, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Experience Design: Create detailed user flows, journey maps, and wireframes that solve complex functional problems.
- Visual Design: Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Design System Management: Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure visual consistency across all platforms (Web, iOS, Android).
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Iteration: Use data and feedback to constantly refine the product and improve the overall user experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role (preferably in a fast-paced tech environment).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and finished digital products.
- Tools: Mastery of Figma (required), and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, or Protopie.
- Mindset: A "user-first" mentality with a deep understanding of UX laws and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Communication: Excellent ability to articulate your design choices to stakeholders and take constructive feedback.
- Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS or experience.
