Registered Nurse

Role Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Lagos. This full-time, on-site role involves providing professional care to patients, assisting in infertility treatments, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and supporting doctors in performing procedures.
- The Registered Nurse will also ensure proper documentation and compliance with clinical protocols, contributing to overall patient satisfaction and health outcomes.
- The Nurse will support High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) procedures by providing clinical, nursing, and patient-care support before, during, and after treatments. The role requires strong patient care skills, attention to detail, and adherence to clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for HIFU procedures, including pre-procedure assessments and patient education
- Assist physicians during HIFU treatments
- Monitor patients’ vital signs before, during, and after procedures
- Provide post-procedure care, instructions, and follow-up support
- Ensure proper documentation of patient records and treatment notes
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection-control standards in the treatment area
- Handle and care for HIFU equipment and consumables appropriately
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients
- Escalate clinical concerns or complications promptly to the attending physician
- Comply with all clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and hospital policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) license
- Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Experience in theatre, procedure-based units, radiology, fertility, or women’s health is an added advantage
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn and adapt to specialized HIFU procedures.
