Dialysis Nurse

Job Summary
- The Dialysis Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals undergoing dialysis.
- The role involves managing the full dialysis process, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with the medical team to deliver excellent clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor patients throughout the dialysis process from admission to discharge
- Deliver safe, effective, and individualized patient care
- Work closely with the Head Nurse and medical team to handle clinical procedures and emergencies
- Ensure accurate patient scheduling and smooth daily operations
- Maintain and update patient records using the hospital’s IT systems
- Support training and onboarding of new nursing staff
- Assist in outreach activities to increase awareness of the dialysis centre
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing & Midwifery Council
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in dialysis or related specialty
- Strong hands-on experience in dialysis procedures and patient care.
Salary
N276,000 - N288,000 monthly.
