Sales and Logistics Officer

Summary
- We are looking for aSales and Logistics Officer who willmanage the end-to-end process of selling our products and ensuring timely delivery, combining field sales prospecting with supply chain coordination.
- They will build client relationships, manage inventory/delivery, process orders, and handle logistics documentation to maximize revenue and ensure efficient distribution.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Actively prospect for new B2B/B2C customers, pitch products, and secure sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Logistics & Delivery: Coordinate the transportation of goods, manage dispatch, optimize delivery routes, and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, handle inquiries, and collect feedback to improve service.
- Inventory & Warehousing: Monitor inventory levels, reconcile stock discrepancies, and manage warehouse storage.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, manage bills of lading, and process invoices.
- Financial Reconciliation: Collect Cash on Delivery (COD), verify bank transfers, and reconcile daily sales with the accounting team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: BSc / HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, logistics, or supply chain roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (e.g., SAP).
- Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
- Mobility: Valid driver's license (often requiring experience with motorcycles or commercial vehicles)
