About the Role
- AT Limited is recruiting on behalf of a reputable real estate company for a skilled Architect to support the design and execution of residential and commercial development projects in Abuja.
- This role requires a practical, detail-oriented professional with strong design and site experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and plans for real estate projects.
- Prepare and present design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, planning regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to deliver projects effectively.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Review project requirements, budgets, and timelines to support efficient execution.
- Support permit applications and regulatory approval processes.
- Recommend cost-effective and functional design solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design (real estate experience preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian building regulations and approval processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Salary
N300,000 gross monthly.
