Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision & Strategy Lead the architectural vision and net‑zero design strategy for all company projects.
- Innovative Design Execution Create intelligent, biophilic, and regenerative buildings that seamlessly integrate vertical gardens, passive design, and cutting‑edge net‑zero technologies.
- Global Collaboration Partner with global brands, engineering teams, and sustainability experts to deliver breathtaking, high‑performance structures.
- Certification Leadership Champion sustainability certifications (LEED, BREEAM, EDGE, WELL, etc.) and embed innovation in every project.
- Value Creation Ensure designs command premium value by combining sustainability, functionality, and aesthetic excellence.
Profile & Qualifications
- Proven track record in designing and delivering net‑zero or carbon‑negative buildings.
- Strong background in sustainable architecture, regenerative design, and biophilic principles.
- Experience collaborating with global engineering firms and sustainability leaders.
- Expertise in integrating renewable energy systems, passive cooling/heating, and smart building technologies.
- Familiarity with international sustainability certification frameworks.
- Creative visionary with the discipline to execute complex projects in emerging markets.
