Maintenance Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of building, fixtures, grounds, and premises to identify remedial action needed, including painting, carpentry, and minor construction.
- Performing handyman tasks, managing contractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining inventory.
- Vast knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Sewer & HVAC Systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as amaintenance personnel.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, contractors, and residents.
- Male candidates only.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
