Facility Supervisor
Location: Ogba, Lagos

Summary
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance and safety of all buildings systems, infrastructure, and grounds to ensure optima performance and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural and mechanical equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical and civil systems, minimizing downtime and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspection, risk assessment and emergency preparedness drills.
- Implement corrective actions for identified safety risks and manage documentation for compliance audits
- Plan, coordinate and executive facility improvement and renovation projects, including budgeting, scheduling and contractor management.
- Oversee civil works and structural modification, ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations.
Requirements
- BSc / HND in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience performing similar responsibilities.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Some physical activities, including walking and inspecting various facility areas.
Salary
N350,000 – N450,000 / Month Gross.
