Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales performance, and manage staff effectively across the outlet.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service standards, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage and supervise all restaurant staff (CSR, kitchen, dispatch, cleaners, etc.)
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and drive revenue growth
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
• Coordinate with kitchen and dispatch teams for efficient operations
• Control inventory usage and reduce wastage
• Prepare and submit operational reports to management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in restaurant/QSR management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer
• serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
