Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc in Arts, Social Sciences or a related field
• 8 – 12 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years in a supervisory or Managerial role preferably in a Manufacturing company or fmcg sector.
• Good Industrial Relations experience will be an added advantage.
