Job Summary
- Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within the institution.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting staff development, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle staff performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and school regulations
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Coordinate staff training and development programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Support leadership in organizational planning and staff management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in an HR role, preferably within an educational institution
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
