Finance Operations and Advisory Officer
- We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Finance Operations & Advisory Officer to oversee financial processes and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting expertise with the ability to analyze financial data, optimize operations, and advise management on investment and cost-efficiency decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, reporting, and cash flow management
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management
- Advise on investment opportunities, cost-saving strategies, and revenue optimization
- Monitor internal controls and improve financial systems and processes
- Collaborate with management on financial planning and forecasting
- Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with statutory requirements
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors where necessary.
- Identify and recommend strategies to improve profitability and ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and investment analysis
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
