Job Summary

- We are looking for a strong proactive and business-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
- Provide guidance on employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
- Champion company culture and change management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–7 years of strong HR experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in an HRBP or strategic HR role
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and influence across all levels of the organization.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 per month.
