Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Fashion Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process in our fashion house.
- The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of high-quality garments while managing tailors, resources, and production schedules efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations within the fashion house.
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Supervise tailors, pattern makers, and production staff.
- Ensure quality control standards are met for all finished products.
- Manage fabric sourcing, inventory, and production materials.
- Work closely with designers to interpret and execute design concepts.
- Monitor production costs and minimize waste.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and workspace
- Implement efficient production processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in Fashion Design, Textile, or related fields
- 3 - 5 years experience in fashion production or similar roles
- Strong understanding of garment construction and production processes
- Experience managing a team in a fashion house or production unit
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
