Job Description
- The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analysing, interpreting, and presenting data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights, preparing reports, identifying trends, and supporting strategic planning through data-driven recommendations.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with departments to understand reporting and analytical needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Use statistical techniques and analytical tools to solve business problems.
- Present findings and recommendations through reports, charts, and presentations.
- Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely data analysis.
- Assist in automating reporting processes and improving data management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of statistics and data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Salary Range
N300,000 - N400,000 / Month.
