About the Role
- NeoHomes Limited is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer / Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital campaigns that generate qualified leads, drive brand visibility, and support property sales.
- The ideal candidate must understand paid advertising, audience targeting, lead generation, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Generate and optimize qualified leads for property sales and inspections
- Monitor ad performance and improve campaign ROI
- Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and campaign strategies
- Conduct audience targeting and retargeting campaigns
- Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with content and sales teams to align marketing objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or paid advertising
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads through digital campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO, conversion funnels, and remarketing strategies is an advantage
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
