Job Description
- A restaurant in Wuse is seeking a skilled and creative Baker/Cake Decorator to prepare baked goods and design high-quality cakes for customers.
- The ideal candidate should be experienced in baking, cake decoration, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, bread, and other desserts
- Design and decorate cakes according to customer specifications
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the baking area
- Monitor baking ingredients and assist with inventory management
- Develop new recipes and creative cake designs
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of customer orders
- Operate and maintain baking equipment properly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Who You Are
- 4–5 years of professional baking and cake decorating experience
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Passionate about baking and dessert presentation
- Ability to handle custom cake requests and deadlines
- Culinary or pastry certification is an advantage.

- Salary: N100,000 per month (negotiable)
