Responsibilities
- Planning Lessons
- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials.
- Organize classroom activities that match the curriculum.
- Teaching Students
- Explain subjects clearly to students.
- Use different teaching methods to help students understand.
- Assessing Students
- Give classwork, assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Mark and evaluate students’ performance.
- Managing the Classroom
- Maintain discipline and order in the classroom.
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Guiding and Supporting Students
- Help students with academic and personal challenges.
- Encourage good behavior and positive attitudes.
- Keeping Records
- Record attendance, grades, and student progress.
- Prepare reports for parents and school management.
- Communicating with Parents and Staff
- Attend meetings with parents and colleagues.
- Discuss students’ progress and school activities.
- Participating in School Activities
- Supervise clubs, sports, and extracurricular activities.
- Attend workshops and training programs for professional development.
Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 per month.
