Treasuring Sales Manager
Location: Abraham Adesanya, Ajah - Lagos

Responsibilties
Facilities Sourcing & Structuring:
- Identify and secure funding opportunities, including loans, credit lines, trade finance, and structured facilities.
- Lead negotiations with banks and financial institutions to obtain competitive terms (rates, tenors, covenants).
- Structure financing solutions tailored to business needs (CAPEX, working capital, expansion).
Investment Origination & Management:
- Identify and evaluate short- and medium-term investment opportunities for surplus funds.
- Execute investment strategies to optimize yield while maintaining liquidity and risk thresholds.
- Monitor performance of investment portfolios and recommend adjustments.
Treasury Sales & Deal Execution:
- Drive internal “sales” of treasury solutions by partnering with business units to structure financing and investment-backed deals.
- Package and present bankable proposals to lenders and investment partners.
- Actively source counterparties for funding and investment transactions.
Banking & Investor Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, asset managers, private investors, and financial institutions.
- Expand the organization’s network of funding and investment partners.
- Serve as the primary interface for all treasury-related commercial negotiations.
Liquidity & Cash Optimization:
- Oversee cash flow planning to ensure the availability of funds for operational and investment needs.
- Optimize cash deployment between operational requirements, debt servicing, and investments.
Risk Management:
- Assess and manage risks related to interest rates, foreign exchange, and counterparty exposure.
- Recommend hedging or risk mitigation strategies where necessary.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor financial markets, interest rate movements, and investment trends.
- Provide insights to guide funding and investment decisions.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare reports on funding positions, investment performance, and cost of capital.
- Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Preferred Profile
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- Background in corporate finance, investment banking, or structured finance
- Experience in industries such as real estate, infrastructure, energy, or large-scale corporate environments
- Proven track record in closing financing or investment deals.
Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 monthly.
