Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, revenue driven, and results-oriented onsite Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to drive brand visibility, patient acquisition, online engagement, and revenue growth across FDC’s digital platforms.
Core Focus Areas & Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Drive patient acquisition and appointment bookings
- Monitor campaign ROI and performance analytics
- Optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
Social Media Management & Brand Positioning:
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms
- Create engaging and conversion-focused content
- Build strong online brand visibility and engagement
- Manage content calendars and online community interactions
Content Development:
- Develop educational and promotional digital content
- Coordinate video, photography, reels, and testimonials
- Simplify dental concepts into engaging patient-focused communication
Paid Advertising & Analytics:
- Execute Meta and Google advertising campaigns
- Monitor and optimize digital advertising performance
- Improve SEO visibility and website engagement
Customer Engagement & Reputation Management:
- Manage online inquiries and reviews professionally
- Support patient retention and customer experience initiatives
- Strengthen FDC’s digital reputation and credibility
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
- Prior experience in the healthcare, medical, dental, wellness, or aesthetics sector is highly preferred
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Relevant digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 / month.
