Sales Specialist (Energy Sector)

About the Role
- We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable player in the energy sector, for the position of Sales Specialist.
- This role is suited for a results-driven professional with solid industry experience who can drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Lead negotiations and close deals in line with business objectives
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years’ sales experience within the energy industry (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of the energy market (e.g., oil & gas, power, or renewables)
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- Net salary: N400,000 – N600,000 per month
- Competitive commission structure.
