Sales and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Execution: Direct promotional activities, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Market Research: Analyze data and trends to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and competitive threats.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, providing guidance to improve performance.
- Relationship Management
- Strategic Planning: Develop annual sales and marketing strategies, including pricing, advertising, and promotional plans to meet company goals.
- Sales Management: Drive sales, establish sales pipelines, and ensure teams meet quotas.
Salary
N170,000 - N200,000 per month.
