Secretary to GECO
Location: Ogba, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the GCEO.
- Manage the GCEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and executive documents.
- Schedule and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and management sessions.
- Prepare meeting agendas and circulate relevant materials before meetings.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute action points promptly.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Draft letters, memos, emails, and official communications on behalf of the GCEO.
- Serve as a liaison between the GCEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure professional handling of visitors, clients, regulators, and business partners.
- Maintain an effective filing and document management system.
- Track incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure office supplies and executive office resources are adequately maintained.
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and executive protocols.
- Safeguard company records and confidential executive information.
- Monitor deadlines, projects, and executive assignments on behalf of the GCEO.
- Coordinate with department heads to obtain reports and updates.
- Assist in implementing executive directives and strategic initiatives.
- Arrange local and international travel, accommodation, and logistics for the GCEO.
- Prepare travel itineraries and necessary documentation.
- Process travel expense reports and related administrative requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, government agencies, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Attend to inquiries and resolve administrative issues efficiently.
- Represent the executive office professionally when interacting with stakeholders.
- Ensure the executive office environment is organized and efficient.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the GCEO or Management.
