Job Summary
- We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Facility Supervisor / Installation Technician to join our team.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and installation skills, with experience in industrial cleaning and facility maintenance.
- The role involves supervising facility operations, Supervising office assistants across branches, carrying out installations, and ensuring excellent service delivery at client locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily facility maintenance and operational activities to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment.
- Oversee and coordinate industrial cleaning operations within the facility, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handle the installation, setup, and coupling of lifestyle products, furniture, couches, and related equipment at client locations.
- Carry out basic technical repairs, troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance works as required.
- Monitor, inspect, and maintain facility equipment, electrical fittings, and installations to ensure optimal functionality.
- Ensure proper handling, movement, and safe transportation of products during installations and deliveries.
- Supervise maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and installations, identifying maintenance issues and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards at all times.
- Provide professional and courteous service to clients during on-site installations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all installations and technical activities are completed according to company standards and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, inspections, and facility reports.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management.
Qualification / Requirements
- Minimum of HND/BSC or Technical Certification in Facilities Management, Technical Operations, or a related field
- Proven experience in facility supervision, technical maintenance, installations, and operational support.
- Experience in industrial cleaning and facility maintenance operations is an added advantage.
- Strong technical skills in repairs, troubleshooting, installations, and equipment handling.
- Ability to assemble, install, and professionally handle furniture, lifestyle products, and related equipment.
- Good problem-solving, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise teams and coordinate daily operational and maintenance activities effectively.
- Good knowledge of health, safety, and operational regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling installation and maintenance-related tasks.
- Ability to work independently, within a team, and with minimal supervision.
Salary
N170,000 - N200,000 per month
