Responsibilties

• Receive and process customer payments (cash, card, transfer, or POS).
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change correctly.
• Engage customers through upselling and suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Recommend additional menu items or products based on customer preferences.
• Balance cash register at the start and end of shifts.
• Record daily transactions and maintain sales records.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic payment or order issues.
• Ensure proper pricing and scanning of items/orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the cashier station.
• Report any discrepancies or cash shortages immediately.
• Support general customer service operations when needed.

Working Conditions:

• Shift-based work, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fast-paced retail/restaurant environment.
