Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Officer
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Role Summary
- The Talent Acquisition & HR Operations will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to HR operations, performance management, and client engagement.
- This role requires a professional with strong HR expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to oversee diverse workforce needs while ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening and onboarding.
- Oversee HR operations, including employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and employees.
- Drive employee relations, performance monitoring, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in HR and workforce management processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3years’ experience in HR, recruitment, or outsourcing.
- Proven ability to manage both blue-collar and white-collar workforce requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
