Working Days: Monday – Saturday (with rotational off day)
Job Summary
- The Associate Dentist will provide high-quality clinical care, manage patients across different age groups, and contribute to the clinic’s growth through excellent service delivery and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct oral examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Perform procedures including scaling & polishing, fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, and dentures
- Provide basic cosmetic treatments such as whitening, bonding, and smile enhancements (training available)
- Handle dental emergencies promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control and clinical standards
- Communicate clearly with patients, explain treatment options, and build trust
- Support treatment acceptance through patient education and follow-up
- Work closely with nurses, assistants, and front desk staff for smooth operations
- Participate in team meetings and continuous learning activities
- Contribute to overall patient experience and clinic growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- BDS/BChD degree
- Valid MDCN practising licence
- NYSC completed or exempted
- 1-2 years post-NYSC experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
