Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline and professionalism
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant departments
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND in Hospitality Management or related fields
- Additional professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years cognate experience in hotel management or hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good knowledge of hotel operations, guest relations, and staff management
- Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management systems
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
