Waiter (Hotel)

Job Summary
- We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Waiter to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, and ensure our guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and seat them appropriately.
- Take food and drink orders and relay them correctly to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and safely.
- Handle customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and recommendations.
- Process payments and operate the POS/cash register.
- Maintain the cleanliness of tables, the dining area, and the assigned station.
- Work cooperatively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel is an advantage (fresh graduates may apply if willing to learn).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure.
- Honest, respectful, and presentable with a neat appearance.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service (training will be provided if needed).
