Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our real estate firm and support property sales through effective online marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for property listings
Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
Create engaging content (posts, captions, reels, ads)
Run and optimize paid ads for lead generation
Respond to online inquiries and pass qualified leads to sales team
Track and report campaign performance.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer (real estate experience is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of social media marketing and paid ads
Ability to generate quality leads, not just engagement
Basic graphic/video editing skills
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to work from the office (Ogba).
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
