Hotel Operations Manager

Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing Beach Apartment Hotel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate hotel staff across different departments.
- Manage guest check-in, check-out, complaints, and overall guest experience.
- Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, security, and general facility operations.
- Ensure rooms and facilities are clean, functional, and maintained to high standards.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and occupancy.
- Monitor income, expenses, inventory, and operational costs.
- Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Develop and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Handle staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and discipline.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and hotel revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in hotel or hospitality management.
- Proven experience managing a hotel, apartment hotel, resort, or similar hospitality facility.
- Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Computer literacy and ability to use hotel management or booking systems is an advantage.
- Must be responsible, organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
