Project Manager

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of construction and renovation projects from planning through execution and completion.
- The successful candidate will manage people, contractors, budgets, timelines, quality, documentation and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate projects from commencement to completion.
- Develop project schedules, milestones and deliverables.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
- Supervise site activities and monitor quality of work.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and expenditure.
- Review quotations and identify cost overruns and variations.
- Coordinate procurement and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, BOQs and engineering requirements.
- Maintain HSE standards and safe working procedures.
- Manage client communication and expectations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Identify and mitigate project, cost, schedule, technical and safety risks.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years’ project management experience.
- Strong construction/project management experience.
- Experience managing construction or renovation projects.
- Proven contractor and subcontractor management experience.
- Experience managing project budgets and costs.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs and project documentation.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Degree/HND in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, COREN, QSRBN, CORBON or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Ideal Candidate: An execution-driven, technically competent and commercially aware professional who can deliver projects within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 monthly.
