Job Summary
- We are looking for an exceptional female Chief Operating Officer to lead our next phase of growth.
- This is not a purely administrative role.
- We are looking for a commercially driven leader who can grow revenue, build strategic partnerships, lead teams and ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Driving weekly and monthly revenue targets
- Developing and executing sales and business growth strategies
- Building and closing corporate, HMO, hotel, airport and other strategic partnerships
- Driving offline and digital customer acquisition
- Improving client conversion, rebooking, referrals and retail sales
- Leading and holding the team accountable to measurable KPIs
- Overseeing daily operations, customer experience and service standards
- Working closely with Finance to improve profitability and ensure sustainable business growth
Requirements

- Experience in wellness, healthcare, hospitality, beauty, luxury lifestyle, fitness, retail or a similar customer-focused industry is an advantage.
Qualification:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with proven leadership and business development experience.
Most importantly:
- We are looking for someone who doesn't just report what happened.
- We want someone who sees an opportunity, pursues it, closes it and turns it into revenue.
Salary
N350,000 monthly plus other benefits.
