Job Description
- We are recruiting on behalf of our client who operates in the automobile repairs and diagnosis sector.
- The HR Manager will oversee staff compliance and administration, ensuring a well-organized and compliant workplace while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Manage staff onboarding, and training processes.
- Oversee employee performance evaluations and development.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote employee engagement.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 3-15 years experience.
- Proven experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
