Procurement & Inventory Manager

Job Summary
- We’re looking for a Procurement & Inventory Owner to build a reliable procurement and inventory function that keeps hardware available, controls costs, and supports uninterrupted community go-lives.
- Hardware and meters are critical to our revenue, and stock availability is currently a key operational constraint. This role will take ownership of the supply chain behind our hardware, from demand planning and supplier negotiations to inventory control and reconciliation.
What You'll Do
- Build and own a reliable system of record for meter and hardware stock
- Shift purchasing from reactive to demand-led
- Negotiate bulk purchase terms and reduce landed costs
- Own supplier selection, qualification and performance
- Maintain clear approval trails for purchases
- Plan working capital with Finance Operations
- Reconcile stock, invoices and installations monthly and resolve variances
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in procurement, supply chain or inventory management
- Experience with hardware/devices is an advantage
- Proven bulk purchasing and negotiation results
- Strong reconciliation and Finance collaboration skills
- Experience building a stock system from scratch
- Familiarity with import, clearing and vendor management in Nigeria. AI Fluency is an added advantage.

- Trusted visibility of stock held, committed and in transit
- Measurable reduction in landed cost per unit
- No community go-live delayed due to stock availability
- Clean approval trails for purchases above threshold
Salary
N450,000 - N600,000 monthly.
